1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service on the tpower3 website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tpower3 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to continue using the tpower3 website or services. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use tpower3 services, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account is active:

• Be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived.
• Have full legal capacity to sign and execute a valid contract.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Register only one account per individual. One account covers one email address, one mobile phone number and one primary payment method.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration.

Information required during registration includes your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active email address, a mobile phone number and your preferred payment method details. All this information is used solely for account management and payment purposes.

3 User Account

Your tpower3 account is personal and may not be transferred to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to customer support immediately.
• tpower3 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
• The use of automated software, bots or data mining systems to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
• All usernames and passwords must use characters permitted by the tpower3 system.

Users are advised to change their password regularly and to use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols to improve account security.

4 Deposits & Payments

tpower3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit is RM10 for all listed payment methods.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. tpower3 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that does not comply with this requirement. Deposited funds may only be used for gambling on the tpower3 platform and are subject to all related terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from a tpower3 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour from the time the request is submitted.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of related bonus winnings is permitted.
• tpower3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure account security.
• Crypto withdrawals are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
• tpower3 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that trigger a security review until the investigation is complete.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

tpower3 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Additional conditions that apply to all tpower3 bonuses and promotions:

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• tpower3 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting or techniques designed to guarantee winnings without risk, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Any other bonuses offered from time to time will have specific terms stated alongside them.

The tpower3 VIP programme offers weekly cashback that increases with membership level. There are five levels: Bronze with cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Progression between levels is determined based on gambling activity and user loyalty.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the tpower3 platform — including online slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and other games — are operated according to their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Any technical failure during a game will be resolved in accordance with the tpower3 technical resolution policy, which may involve cancelling the round and returning the bet.
• The use of third-party software to gain an advantage in games is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• The RTP (Return to Player) values for slot games are publicly available information provided by the respective game developers.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The tpower3 sports betting section covers sportsbook, mix parlay, esports betting, horse racing and badminton betting. All sports bets are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except at tpower3's discretion.
• Odds displayed are based on current conditions and may change before a bet is confirmed.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with tpower3's settlement rules.
• Bets placed based on information that was already publicly known before an event takes place may be voided.
• For mix parlay, all selections on a single ticket must win for the ticket to be considered successful.

Users are advised to read the detailed rules for each type of sports bet available on the relevant pages within the tpower3 platform.

9 User Conduct

tpower3 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, responsible manner that does not harm other users or the platform itself. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity falsification or the use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game results or exploit the bonus system.
• The use of offensive language, threats or harassment directed at support staff or other users.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the tpower3 technical systems.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

tpower3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements, including age requirements.
• Activity indicating fraud, system manipulation, or bonus abuse.
• Requests from the relevant licensing body or authorities.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

When an account is closed, any valid remaining balance (not subject to any dispute or investigation) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable period. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms are not eligible for return.

11 Limitation of Liability

tpower3 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connection issues beyond tpower3's control.
• Failures or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Gambling losses arising from the user's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Scheduled system maintenance that may cause temporary disruptions.

tpower3's liability under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident. Use of the tpower3 platform is at the user's own risk.

12 Amendments to Terms

tpower3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website, unless stated otherwise.

Users will be notified of significant changes via in-account notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the tpower3 platform after any amendment is published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.

Should there be any conflict between the Malay and English versions of these terms, the Malay version will serve as the primary reference for users in Malaysia.
